"Mares de Plástico" is an exhibition to raise awareness in society about the serious problem of plastic waste that floods our oceans. It’s a tour that shows the problems that have been experienced due to excessive use of plastics and the consequences that this has brought to the sea, where there is no square kilometer without plastic particles.
At the same time, the exhibition shows the possible solutions to stop and reduce this problem, based on reuse, recycle and redesign, among others.
This is an exhibition created by Museum für Gestaltung Zürich associated with Drosos Foundation that has been to more than 20 cities in Europe and Asia and is now hosted
by Roca Barcelona Gallery.
